Here’s what’s included:

Prior to our first call, you’ll complete a 95 question postpartum profile, which will help me learn about your past experiences, current lifestyle, challenges, and wins. Then during our call, I’ll really get to know and understand your needs.

We’ll have 6 hour-long sessions together, with the option to connect via phone, video, text or voice notes. I’ll always tailor the experience to what works best for you. We’ll cover all the topics that go into creating your Plan. On these calls, we cover the topics that are affecting your postpartum the most.

For six months, you’ll have access to my expertise through daily office hours and on-call support via text, email, voice notes, and video messages, so you’ll never have to wait if you need help.

After we complete the six strategy calls, I’ll dig in and get to work creating your IPP. This is your personalized motherhood playbook. It’s packed with resources, templates, tools, and strategies covering all the stuff that’s stressing you out.

In our final strategy session, we’ll have a big reveal where we go over your completed IPP together, making any final tweaks to ensure it fits your needs.

After losing my first baby in 2008 and going through IVF to conceive again, I’d planned a home birth but ended up with a C-section (stubborn breech baby). Breastfeeding was more challenging than I was prepared for, and my partner didn’t step up like I thought he would. I felt completely blindsided by the realities of my new life.
My baby wouldn’t go to anyone else and needed to be attached to me 24/7. The moment he started crying, my anxiety would kick in. I spent my days (and nights) trying to keep him from crying. I couldn’t figure out how to eat a full meal, brush my hair, or even shower—because my entire life revolved around caring for this high-needs cutie.
I know now that we’re both neurodivergent, so it makes perfect sense why our beginning was so hard.
That baby is a teenager now, and when I look back at those early months and years, it’s a blur. I was in a constant state of fight or flight. I missed it.
If only I could rewind and do it all over again with the knowledge I have now. But since I can’t, I’m doing the next best thing—helping other moms have a better experience than I did. Today, I’m divorced, and I know the toll that postpartum took on my marriage. I often wonder how things might have been different if I’d had someone like me to guide me through those early months.
